Stretches

Stretching is the first thing to do at a practice because it will improve your performance of skills and decrease the risk of getting injured. I have learned through my years of gymnastics that stretching is the best way to get your body moving before a workout. I hope to continue to learn more about stretches athletes should do from studying exercise science at SUNY Cortland. My goal is to be able to help other athletes learn the best stretching techniques to prevent injury.
