Work Experience - Sweet Frog Cicero

I have been an employee at Sweet Frog for one year and ten months. It has taught me how to become a hard worker at whatever you do and to always put in your best effort. I recently have been running the Sweet Frog Instagram account along with me making promotional posts to increase store activity. I have posted about 70 of my own posts and gained 48 followers within the last three months. Having the ability to run an account to promote this store gives me the motivation to be able to run my own account for my own team someday. This has shown me that the more work you put into something, the better the outcome will be. I was promoted to a shift leader in March 2022. This gave me a leadership role which gives more responsibilities such as, opening the store, cleaning the store on days I do not work, and assisting my coworkers in their day to day duties.
